FAMILY AND FRIENDS®
CPR

TIME: 2.0 HOURS | $60 

The FAMILY AND FRIENDS® CPR class includes a discussion of the maneuvers for adult/child/infant CPR and use of the AED (automated external defibrillator).  Techniques used to relieve choking in conscious adults, children and infants will also be discussed and demonstrated. This instructor-led course will guide participants through all the maneuvers with emphasis on hands-on practice with instructor feedback. Price includes student handbook.

This course is appropriate for individuals who do not need certification: expectant parents, grandparents, community groups, non-licensed personnel, babysitters and other individuals/groups who wish to learn how to save a life using CPR techniques.

HEARTSAVER® 
CERTIFICATION COURSE

TIME: 3.5 HOURS | $85

The HEARTSAVER® CPR/AED course focuses on teaching adult, child and infant CPR, and includes training with an AED (automated external defibrillator). The techniques used to relieve choking in conscious adults, children and infants will also be discussed and demonstrated. This American Heart Association instructor-led course will guide participants through all the maneuvers with emphasis on hands-on practice with instructor feedback. Price includes student handbook. 

This course is appropriate for individuals with limited or no medical training who need a course completion card to meet job or regulatory requirements, or for other reasons.

HEARTSAVER® / First AID
CERTIFICATION COURSE

TIME: 5.0 HOURS | $95

The HEARTSAVER® FIRST AID/CPR/AED course focuses on teaching
adult, child and infant CPR, and includes training with an AED
(automated external defibrillator). The techniques used to relieve choking in conscious adults, children and infants will also be discussed and demonstrated. The first aid portion of the class teaches management of illness and injury in the first minutes of an emergency. Price includes student handbook. 

This course is appropriate for individuals with limited or no medical training who need a course completion card to meet job or regulatory requirements, or for other reasons.

BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) CERTIFICATION COURSE

TIME: 4.0 HOURS | $85

The Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification course is a training course which focuses on teaching adult, child and infant CPR. This course focuses on giving high quality chest compressions, delivering appropriate ventilations and use of the AED (automated external defibrillator). The techniques needed to relieve choking in conscious adults, children and infants will also be discussed and demonstrated. 

This course is appropriate for healthcare providers, nurses, physicians, EMS personnel, or others requiring a Basic Life Support certification card.


BLENDED LEARNING
COURSES (Skills test) 

TIME: 30 min | $65

Blended learning courses (Skills Test) are alternative options for individuals seeking to complete the didactic portion of their CPR training online. The online portion of these courses can be completed wherever Internet access is available.

SAFE SITTER®
COURSE

TIME: 5.5 HOURS | $95

The Safe Sitter® course prepares students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students learn life-saving skills such as how to rescue someone who’s choking, and helpful information like what to do if there is severe weather. The lessons are filled with fun activities and role-playing exercises. Students even get to use CPR manikins to practice CPR or choking rescue!
